Every piece is made and packaged by hand, so please allow time for your jewellery to be created before it is dispatched.
Standard made-to-order jewellery is usually ready for dispatch within 7 working days. Memorial, breastmilk and bespoke jewellery normally takes 2–3 weeks to create. For pieces incorporating ashes, fur, hair or breastmilk, this timeframe begins once your materials have arrived safely.
Delivery time begins after your jewellery has been completed and will depend on the shipping service and destination. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
If you need your jewellery for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll let you know whether I can accommodate it.
We want you to love your jewellery, and if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.
You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging. However, personalised or custom-made pieces are final sale.
To start a return, reach out to our support team. Please note that return postage costs may apply.
Most Mila Faith jewellery is handcrafted from sterling silver, with selected designs available in solid gold or gold-plated finishes. The exact materials used are listed on each product page.
These materials are comfortable for many people to wear, but sensitivities vary and no jewellery can be guaranteed hypoallergenic for everyone. If you have a known metal allergy or are unsure about a particular design, please contact me before ordering. I’ll be happy to confirm its materials and help you choose the most suitable option.
I make each piece individually or in small quantities, allowing me to use materials carefully and avoid unnecessary overproduction. Where possible, I choose recycled silver and recycled or sustainably sourced packaging.
The precise metals, finishes and gemstones used are explained on each product page. If you would like more information about the materials used in a particular piece, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water and false tan—particularly when wearing gold-plated, opal or keepsake jewellery.
Store each piece separately in a cool, dry place, ideally inside its original box, and gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing.
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish and may be refreshed with a suitable silver polishing cloth. Avoid chemical dips and abrasive cleaners on gold-plated jewellery, gemstones, opals and resin keepsakes, as these may damage their finish.
