Where we deliver

Mila Faith currently ships to UK addresses. Available delivery options and postage charges are shown at checkout. Postage is charged separately from the making time.

Making and dispatch times

Non-personalised made-to-order jewellery usually takes around 7 working days to make and dispatch.

Keepsake jewellery usually takes 2–3 weeks from the date your materials arrive. During busy periods, please allow 3–4 weeks. These are making and dispatch estimates; delivery time with the postal service is additional.

Sending materials for keepsake jewellery

For ashes, hair or fur pieces, follow the instructions supplied with your order. For breastmilk jewellery, Kam will email the postal address and instructions after your order. The instructions currently request 10 ml of pre-frozen breastmilk, securely bagged and sent in a padded envelope using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. If it thaws in transit, it will be refrigerated when it arrives.
